All orders are contingent upon product availability. Should an item be unavailable at the time of your order, we will promptly notify you and issue a full refund via your original payment method.

**Delivery Locations**

Our shipping services are available exclusively within Australia. We currently do not offer international shipping.

**Order Processing and Shipping Times**

We strive to process orders within 1-2 business days. Following processing, the estimated shipping duration is 1-5 business days, not including weekends or public holidays.

**Shipping Costs**

A standard shipping rate of $10 applies to all orders. However, we offer free shipping for orders totaling $120 or more. Shipping fees will be automatically waived at checkout for qualifying orders.

**Tracking Your Order**

You will receive a tracking number upon the dispatch of your order. This number can be used to monitor your shipment’s progress through our website or the courier’s online tracking system.

**Damaged Items**

If you receive your order with damaged packaging, please follow these steps to ensure proper handling of your situation:

Take photographs of the damaged items as evidence. These should include:

– The packaging in which the item was received.

– The parcel label, clearly showing the reference number.
