Return Policy

**Returns Policy for Scent Collection Pty Ltd**

**1. We aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase at Scent Collection. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the products you received, you may return them under the following terms and conditions. This Returns Policy applies to all purchases made on our website, www.scentcollection.com.au.

**2. Conditions for Return**
To be eligible for a return:
– The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
– The item must be in the original packaging, which has not been tampered with or damaged.
– You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

**3. Return Period**
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Requests made beyond this period will not be eligible for a return or refund.

**4. Non-returnable Items**
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
– Custom-made or personalized goods (including customized Gift boxes)
– Sale items (only regular priced items may be refunded)
– Gift cards

**5. Process for Returns**
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

b) Once your return request is reviewed and if it meets our conditions, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

**6. Shipping Costs**
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

**7. Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

**8. Exchanges**
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@scentcollection1.ivirtualhub.com and send your item to the return address provided by our customer service.

**9. Restocking Fee**
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for returned items that are not in their original condition, or are missing parts not due to our error.
